Message flanges. The 2530 uses a T25 flange, but I am not sure of the TD05 flange. Also as I recall, the TD05 has external wastegates, whereas the 2530's have internal wastegates.

I am not 100% sure, but figure that you can get the 2503's configured for external wastegates (+$$$), but then you will need custom downpipes (+$$$).

The reason I ask is all this is I am going through the same manifold issues with my S13 Silvia, where the most popular flanges are either for T3/4 or T25 flanged turbos. To make matters worst, some are internal versus external wastegate. Not only is the mounting inlet mounting flange important, but the exhaust mounting flange is important as the different turbo families usually have their own unique flanges. For instance my S13 turbo is an HKS GT3037 that has a T25 flange, but uses an external wastegate and has it own unique 3037 exhaust flange. This beast requires a custom manifold.
